The hotel is situated in a convenient location, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. the room offers a comfortable bed, allowing for a decent night's sleep. the staff is attentive and even went the extra mile to check if I wanted breakfast, despite it being past serving time.
The cleanliness of the room leaves much to be desired. There were ashtrays that hadn't been emptied and a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was quite unpleasant.

The hotel room had a balcony, which was great for drying clothes and enjoying some fresh air. The bed was also more comfortable compared to some other places I've stayed at in the city. the reception staff went above and beyond by calling to ask if I wanted breakfast, even though it was after serving time.
My room wasn't very clean. The ashtray hadn't been emptied and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and always eager to help out with any questions or concerns. the room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and a well-stocked minibar. the hotel was located in a great area, with plenty of local restaurants and shops within walking distance.
The room was a bit smaller than we expected, and the bathroom was a bit cramped as well. There were also some minor maintenance issues with the room, such as a leaky faucet in the bathroom and a loose doorknob.

First and foremost, the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. The hotel staff ensured that the rooms and common areas were well-maintained and super clean. the hotel facilities were excellent, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The transportation options available near the hotel made it convenient for me to explore the city without any hassle. The breakfast served was good, with tasty options. Lastly, the staff at the hotel was helpful and friendly, always ready to assist me with any queries or requests.
